A practical AI UGC workflow, from brief to first test
A repeatable video workflow starts with a clear brief. AI can help make the draft, but the product, audience, and message still need to be specific.
1. Write a brief that fits on one page
Name one audience, one problem, one product benefit, and one action you want the viewer to take. Add the facts you can support: materials, dimensions, features, or a visible product demonstration. Separate these facts from ideas you still need to verify.
Gather your product images, brand assets, and approved wording before opening a video tool. Keep a link to the source of each factual claim so reviewing the draft is straightforward.
2. Make a three-part script
Start with a recognizable situation, show how the product fits into it, and finish with a specific next step. Read the script aloud. If it sounds stiff or takes too long to explain, shorten it before generating a video.
3. Choose the tool around your starting material
A product page can be a useful starting point in Creatify. A presenter reading a prepared script is a different job: HeyGen offers AI avatar video. If you already have footage, start by editing or repurposing it instead of generating everything again.
These capabilities come from the providers’ product pages. Run your own small sample before committing to a workflow; the fit depends on your actual assets and output requirements.
4. Review the whole export
Watch with sound, then without it. Check product details, caption spelling, pronunciation, cut-off text, and whether the ending gives people enough time to act. Review generated visuals closely when size, ingredients, packaging, or product behavior matters.
An AI presenter is not a real customer. Write explanatory or demonstrative copy rather than inventing first-person customer experiences.
5. Change one thing at a time
Keep the main video and change only the opening line for your first comparison. Give each version a clear name and track its destination clicks alongside the outcome you care about. A spreadsheet with the brief, hook, source assets, date, and results is enough to start.
When one version looks promising, review why it worked before adding more variants. A consistent process makes the next test easier to interpret.
